Payment by bank transfer:

Shortly after returning your reservation you will receive an e-mail message to the address you gave us, informing of the IBAN and BIC (SWIFT) codes to be used for the bank transfer. The reserved number of lots will be reserved for you for 14 days. As soon as the amount is credited to the fiduciary account, you will receive an e-mail message informing of the lot number/s which is/are valid immediately.

HOW DOES THE DRAW WORK ?

You can order your lots on this web-page immediately. Payment can be made by credit card or by bank transfer.

Once completed the order processing, you will receive a receipt and the numbers of your lots. The allocation of the lot numbers occurs randomly. The amounts paid in will be deposited in a fiduciary account.

As soon as a sufficient number of lots is sold the draw will take place. All duties, costs and other tributes in relation with the draw and the transfer of ownership will be borne by the present owners.

How does the drawing work:

1. Go to "Buy a lot" and select the payment by Credit Card or bank transfer.
2. OPTION A: BUY A LOT USING CREDIT CARD: Here you can order any number of lots and settle the payment by credit card. You will receive the lot numbers immediately after the settlement by e-mail at the indicated e-mail address.
3. OPTION B: BUY A LOT WITH A BANK TRANSFER: Here you can order any given number of lots using the button "BUY A LOT" and settle with a bank wire. After sending your order, you will receive, at the e-mail address you gave us, the IBAN and BIC (SWIFT) codes for the bank wire. The ordered quantity of lots will be reserved for you for a 14 day period. Once the amount has been credited to the fiduciary account, you will receive the lot number(s) by e-mail.
4. The allocation of the lot numbers occurs randomly. The amounts paid in are credited on a specific escrow account held and administered by the notary.
5. As soon as the 8.499 or 19.999 lots are sold (at latest on the 31.12.2009) the draw will take place under the notary's custody. The time and location of the draw will be published in time on our home page by previous notice of at least 14 days.

The experience has shown that the sale of the lots is usually completed within a few weeks period. So we recommend to make your decision now before all the lots have been allocated.

Where does one pay?

All payments are deposited in a specific fiduciary account held by the notary.

Where will the draw take place ?

The draw will take place under the supervision of a notary in a public place. The date and location will be disclosed at the time when the lot numbers are allocated and will be published in the web page as well as per e-mail.

When will the draw take place ?

The public draw will take place in accordance with the legal notary's regulation under supervision of the trustee.

Should the 8.499 or 19.999 lots be sold out at a prior date, the draw will then be set to a earlier date, under observance of a two weeks' term, during which the new draw date will be published on the home page and by any other appropriate method.

The experience from other draws has shown, that the lots are sold out within a few weeks - for this reason it is advisable to seize the opportunity to secure your lot before all 8.499 - 19.999 are sold-out.

From when on is my lot valid ? 

Settlement with credit card:

After succesful completion of the settlement by credit card you will receive an e-mail message with your lot number, which is valid immediately.

The settlement is carried out applying current technologies of secure data links.

Settlement with bank wire:

On receipt of payment in our fiduciary account your lot becomes valid. You will receive the lot numbers by e-mail.

What happens if not enough lots are sold ?

In case not enough participants can be found the money received will be reimbursed. All the accumulated notary expenses, attorney fees, administrative costs, permits will be paid from this amount.

Which are the winning chances ?

1 : 8.499 or 1 : 19.999. In the traditional lotto the chance is 1: 27.000.000. Due to the limited number of only 8.499 - 19.999 lots, your chance to win is excellent.

Will there be any additional costs for the winner of the draw ?

All duties, costs and other tributes in relation with the draw and the transfer of ownership will be carried by the present owners. The lucky winner will receive the keys and will be able to move in right after signature of the deed and the property has been recorded in the land register.

Can you purchase lots directly ?

The participation is only possible by internet.

Who can participate ?

Only those of legal age can participate. Excluded are members of the family of the owners and all parties concerned with the administration of the draw (notary, attorney, administration...)

Why do we draw this property ?

Due to the present economic situation these days it is almost impossible to sell the property at an adequate price according to its appraised value. The idea of a draw looked like an ideal and fair method to achieve this. 

What if the property suffers any damage until the date of the draw, i.e. Fire ?

The house is adequately insured according to its value.

I. Contractual terms:

1. Both natural and juristic persons are admitted. Natural persons have to be of legal age at the time of the draw (being 18 years old) and have legal capacity.

2. The participation in the draw is exclusively possible by the web site provided by the owners. The legally binding personal information to be provided at the time of purchase of the drafts includes last name, given name, country and e-mail address as well as credit card details and the number of lots required.

3. The participant is responsible for the correctness of the personal, bank and credit card data provided.

4. For each lot purchase there will be a lot number attributed. Once the draw has been realized, the notary will be able to determine the winner based on this information.

II. Settlement by Credit Card

1. The lot/s is/are valid after completion of the settlement process and on receipt of the lot number.

2. The lot numbers will be sent by e-mail immediately after completion of the settlement.

III. Payment by bank transfer

1. Payments are only possible using a previously made registration, with the selected option "bank wire". With this registration you will have secured the number of requested lots for 14 days.

2. Sending a bank wire, the square "Concept" should include the name of the registered buyer/beneficiary and his e-mail address.

3. The lot becomes effective with the credit of the amount corresponding to the number of purchased lots on the above mentioned bank account. Example: number of purchased lots: 2 lots - credited amount £ 246,-  -  € 278,- .

4. One and the same participant can register himself repeatedly for a lot purchase per bank wire.

5. Incoming payments of less than £ 123,00 - € 139,- , respectively amounts not corresponding to a full lot price will not be returned.

6. After receipt of the payment on the fiduciary account, you will receive the lot numbers per e-mail.

IV. Number of lots

8.499 or 19.999 lots will be sold, each participant may purchase several lots.

V. Lot number allocation

The allocation of the lot numbers occurs randomly, i.e. a number from 00001 to 19999 (0001 to 8499). Therefore there will be a 5-digit number issued for every lot purchased.

The amounts paid in are deposited in a specific fiduciary account held and administered by the notary who will register the lot numbers in a list.

VI. Lot price

The price for one lot is £ 123,00  -  € 139,-.

VII. Date of the draw

1. The date will be published with a 14 days notice on the homepage. The location of the draw will be published. Should the 8.499 - 19.999 lots be sold before this, the draw would take place on a earlier date. The new date will be published with a 14 days notice on the homepage.

VIII. Cancellation

1. Should there be sold less than 8.499 or 19.999, the draw will not take place and the paid in amounts will be returned to the participants under retention of a contribution towards expenses not exceeding per lot. The participants will be informed by means of an e-mail form which again should be answered to stating the IBAN+BIC of the account they want the repayment to be transferred to.

IX. Draw of the lots

1. The draw of the 5 digit lot number will be performed according to the following procedure:
2. There are 4 identical transparent bins. Each of those bins again contains identical non-transparent balls in which the numbers 00 – 15 (in case of the first bin) or 0 – 9 in case of the remaining 3 bins are placed. The double digit number drawn from the first bin forms the 10`000 and 1`000 places of the winning ticket; whereas from the following three bins the 100, 10 and 1 places will be drawn. Should there have been drawn from the first three bins the numbers 00 or 0 respectively, the 0 will be removed from the last bin.

X. Winner information

1. Once the draw has been realized the winner will be determinded based on the list of the lot numbers.

2. The winner's name will be published with the lot number. Purchasing a lot the participant agrees - in case of being the winner - on publishing his personal data, eventually including his photo, in the media.

3. The winner will be contacted by the notary based on the e-mail address provided.

4. Moreover, the winner respectively his legal successor is granted a counting from the day following the draft, to accept the price. Should the notification procedure by the notary fail i.e. the winner fails to contact the notary, a new draw will take place within 3 working days.

XI. Handover of the draw prize

1. Within 14 working days after the winner has contacted the notary, this one will draft a public deed which allows the winner to register the property in the land register.

2. The winner will have the opportunity to visit the property before accepting the prize.

3. The handover of the draw prize is done without guarantee for a specific condition, a specific earning capacity, a specific size, location or circumstances. The date the transfer of the property is signed all the corresponding rights, obligations and risks are passed over to the new owner. The present owners oblige themselves to sign the deed without any delay.

XII. Costs and fees

All duties, costs and other tributes in relation with the draw and the transfer of ownership will be borne by the present owners.

XIII. Protection of data privacy

The registration and the settlement are carried out applying the current technologies over secure data links. All data from the participants will be protected according to the statutory regulations of data protection and will be deleted from the data processing equipment once the property transfer has taken place.

Appointments to visit the property will be published on the home page; other appointments can not be made.
